    The Water Tower Place on the 4th floor 835 Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611
  • Hours and Arrival
    Arrive 15 minutes prior to your ticketed time. Each ticket purchased is good for the one hour session it was purchased for. For example, any ticket that is for 11am-12pm is good for that time. If you come at 11:15am you will still need to exit the experience by 12pm. Have your ticket ready to show at the door. We will have security at the door.
  • Capacity
    Each ticketed session time of 60 minutes will allow up to 30 guests. You all will share the space and keep whatever desired distance you wish to keep.
  • Can I refund or exchange my ticket?
    We do not offer refunds, however you can exchange your ticket for a later time through ShowClix. Please exchange your ticket before your ticketed date and time.
  • What if I bring a ticket for the wrong date or time?
    If we are not sold out for the session you show up for, we will scan your ticket for use. If we are at capacity for that session, we will not be able to accept the ticket.
  • Do I need to print my ticket?
    You can print your ticket from your confirmation email. You can also have your ticket scanned from your mobile phone upon arrival.
  • Do we offer discounts for children?
    Children under the age of 5 are free. All other guests must have a purchased ticket for themselves.
  • Is the experience ADA accessible?
    There are escalators at the mall to access the 4th floor. The experience entry and exit doors are double doors. The space is an open format. The Secret Garden is a tighter space and some wheelchair accessibility may not be possible, based on the size of the wheelchairs. Please reach out for further information, so we can make your experience great.
  • Can I bring my professional camera?
    No professional cameras or equipment allowed in the space. If you are interested in booking the space for a photoshoot, please email us at
  • Can I host a private event at the space?
    Yes, please email us as at to inquire about buying out sessions, special programming, workshops, and private events.
  • Coat/Bag Check
    We offer coat and bag check. Your items must be checked before entering the experience. You can do this by arriving 15 minutes prior to your ticketed session start time. The cost is $3 cash or credit.
  • Food and Beverage
    NO outside food or beverage will be allowed inside of the exhibit. There will be consumable items for sale within the exhibit.
  • Merchandise
    The Exhibit House will have merchandise for sale as well as whoever is exhibiting in our pop-up area.
  • Purchases
    We do not accept cash. We accept cards. For tickets, please purchase them online. You can purchase them at the door using our online platform here.
  • Can I leave the experience and return?
  • Restrooms
    There are no restrooms within The Exhibit House. They are located within the mall on the 3rd floor.
  • Covid Restrictions
    Masks are not mandatory. We will be following city regulations regarding Covid procedures.
